Thank you for your interest in learning more about the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems. SyracuseCoE is excited to offer "Friday at Three" tours of the new headquarters building at 727 E. Washington Street.

Participants in the Syracuse Center of Excellence headquarters tour will have the opportunity to walk through the building with SyracuseCoE staff and discover the uses of this “living laboratory,” learn about the dozens of sustainability features that earned the building a LEED-Platinum rating, and view the latest SyracuseCoE research and demonstration projects on-site. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible. We regret that we cannot conduct tours for less than 3 people.  Therefore, if we do not have a minimum of 3 registrants by 12 noon on the day of the tour, it will be canceled.  We will email the one or two people who did sign up by 12:30pm to inform them of the cancellation, so please check your email before you leave.  Tours will begin promptly in the first floor lobby at 3:00pm.

Travel Information:

We encourage you to use the Connective Corridor bus to travel to the SyracuseCoE as street parking is limited near the building. Limited visitor parking is available in the Syracuse University parking lot on Almond Street directly across from the building on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Directions:

From the north:
Take I-81S to the Harrison Street exit in Syracuse, turn right onto South Townsend, then take the fourth right onto East Water Street.

From the south:
Take I-81N to the Almond Street exit in Syracuse, then drive eight blocks to East Washington Street. The SyracuseCoE HQ is on the corner of Almond and East Washington.

From the east & west:
Take I-90 to exit 35A (I-81S) and follow directions south.
